I have been enjoying Mauro Farms Potica since I was a child, and I am now getting ready to retire! It is simply the best! Even though I have moved to the west coast, we still order it for the holidays every year.
I just noticed the sugar free option with crystalline fructose. My suggestion: stay with the regular Potica. A little research into the health implications of crystalline fructose will help you decide.

Just like we made when my family liived in pueblo. We were from Slovakia and made this type of POTISA every year. We wpuld make 20 tp 30 loafs and pass them out as Christmas gifts. Glad I found you.

We enjoy this potica for a few special occasions every year. My Slovenian grandmother made hundreds of loaves over the years when I was growing up and I am attempting to keep the tradition alive. Since I am not yet making it myself, Mauro Farms makes some delicious potica that is pretty darn close to how grandma made it and I am so happy to have found them. Thank you to Mauro Farms for keeping memories alive in our household with potica and a cup of coffee everytime we share it together!
